With regard to the sale of my previous home, I was looking for a quick sale at fair market price. Having made the simple changes that Dan suggested to stage my home, I had an offer the day my house was listed. He was professional, knowledgeable, helpful, gave me solid advice and responded quickly to all of my many questions.
