We had Dan help us sell a place 3 years ago, and now buy one in the craziest seller’s market I’ve ever seen. Dan will give logical inputs and great analytical support to the hard decisions that come with selling and buying a house and will give you great honest and data-driven feedback on your decisions. Not only did we have to buy in a crazy seller’s market, but we also had to buy from a different province. Dan drove well out of the Ottawa area and gave us honest feedback with virtual showings, pointing out things most would skip. The trust we had in Dan allowed us to skillfully maneuver in the incredibly unfortunate situation and purchase a place at asking, while others were all paying hundreds of thousands of dollars over.
