Dan was a great realtor and made the stressful process of buying a house as smooth as possible.  He quickly figured out what I was looking for and had a lot of knowledge of the downtown areas I was interested in.  Dan has a straightforward approach and was great at walking me through various scenarios and helping me figure out what was the right house for me.  Being new to Ottawa I relied heavily on Dan’s knowledge of the market and Ottawa area and have no regrets.
