Moving with the military is one of the worst administrative nightmares imaginable. You can not afford a realtor that is anything less than perfect. Dan stuck out to me in the BGRS database due to his education as a computer engineer, his experience as a realtor and that he decided to start his own business. Although I had high expectations, Dan still managed to blow them away. He paid for several services that increased the value of my property from his own pocket and was available every hour no matter the day. Based on previous experiences, I felt that realtors did barely anything and you had to do all the work – turns out I was just selecting bad ones!
