Dan tells you very quickly what’s going on in the Ottawa Real Estate Market in February 2020, your 1 minute Ottawa real estate update:

Basically, it’s a seller’s market in Ottawa and I expect this to continue for the foreseeable future. Life is good if you’re a seller and have a home or other location to go to.

Life may be a bit more difficult for buyers. But don’t fret! There are ways to move forward and approaches to take to ensure you’ll get a great home…but that’s in another post…

I’m here to educate, inform and guide you through the buying and real estate investment process. There can be many non-trivial subtleties to consider — your highest return on investment will depend on working with the right realtor.
