Dan tells you very quickly what’s going on in the Ottawa Real Estate Market in February 2020, your 1 minute Ottawa real estate update:

Basically, it’s a seller’s market in Ottawa and I expect this to continue for the foreseeable future. Life is good if you’re a seller and have a home or other location to go to.

Life may be a bit more difficult for buyers. But don’t fret! There are ways to move forward and approaches to take to ensure you’ll get a great home…but that’s in another post…
