Landlords: Will Tenants Pay the Rent this Month?
Will the Tenants pay? What if they can’t? What can the landlord do?
If you’re a landlord anywhere in Ontario (or world-wide) these are trying times. You may have no short to medium term recourse if your tenants don’t pay their rent.
I have spent many hours over the last several days talking with client landlords, and participating in large scale virtual discussions trying to figure out how to deal with the potential tsunami of issues landlords will be facing in the next few months.
In this video I discuss some of the issues and make suggestions on how to move forward. Nobody yet knows exactly what will happen and how the different levels of government will help. Stay tuned!
I’m here to educate, inform and guide you through the buying, selling and real estate investment process.
Let me know if you have any questions.
