Gloria, Lori and David are an asset on Dan’s Team and to the company.Their professionalism, knowledge, caring approach and dedication is evident in all their actions from staging the home to selling it. I felt very comfortable and confident in their ability to sell my home.My house sold is 3 weeks which was a blessing as I was moving to Toronto for a new job. They were supportive, attentive and always available to answer questions. I would recommend Dan’s Team to my friends and family should they require such a service. I specially felt the communication between the Team members to be excellent when stepping in for a team member. Their understanding and knowledge about the property was excellent . I feel the business practice of completing an Home Inspection at the point of listing the property is an excellent idea as this gives the homeowner a chance to address the issues ,if any prior to the Buyers inspection.Also, I appreciated the notes that were left for me after the houses to provide me with an overall impression of the visitors. I wish to Thank the Team for an excellent experience. I also feel that the follow up calls, cards and telephone calls after the house sold surpassed my expectations.
