Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Dan was an incredible resource while I searched for my first home. He’s patient, understanding & professional. He took the time to get to know us & supported us every step of the way - couldn’t have done it without him! Highly recommend

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. When buying our first home we relied entirely on Dan’s vast experience in Ottawa real estate to make a sound investment. He has a wealth of information and knowledge to share and smoothly guided us through the process of buying our home, even continuing to follow-up and support after we moved in. He will take the time needed to understand your needs and help you find the property best suited to you and your budget. We highly recommend Dan to anyone looking for a patient and professional realtor.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Dan's greatest strength is honesty and working with him has been easy and straightforward. He is trustworthy and gets to the heart of things quick, listening to what I needed and wanted from him during the sale of my property. I appreciated all he did to help me during the process, from understanding the journey to keeping me updated .

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Just recently sold my Mom's house. My Brother and I could not have been in better hands. Dan, Marcello were always there if we needed help, or questions. Both are very knowledgeable and take the time to explain every options possible. Very, very pleased with the service received. Would highly recommend them.
Thank You Dan and Marcello

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. As first time homebuyers, my partner and I valued Dan's knowledge of the real estate market and his guidance on how to best leverage our situation in the face of a challenging market during the pandemic. He shared with us his breadth of knowledge on the many factors to consider as well as his clear explanation of the home buying process. He made us feel we had the best information we could have to support our decision. We are so happy with our home purchase and enjoyed working with Dan. And he was super responsive and always available!

You are an amazing calm, professional person who guided us through this process with some good tips that we wouldn’t of been aware if it weren’t for you mentioning it to us!!

Take care 😊

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Dan was indefatigable in helping me find a home during the pandemic. As a detail-oriented first time home buyer, I especially appreciated his extensive knowledge of real estate, his balanced explanations of pros and cons of different houses, and his patience in explaining multiple aspects of the home buying process.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We did not have to work with Dan for very long, which is probably indicative of what a good agent he is in the 2020 real estate market. He was very professional, knowledgeable and was a joy to work with. He was available to us throughout the day for my incessant first time home buyer questions and acted as a great "teacher" to us throughout a process that we knew nothing about. We will definitely contact him again when it is time for an upgrade!

Thanks again, Sarah
